Elite League leaders Belfast Giants beat Hull Stingrays 3-2 but lost at Cardiff Devils 4-3 after overtime – Mac Faulkner hit the winner. Devils also won 9-1 at Dundee Stars – Stuart MacRae (2) & Chris Blight (2) led the scoring. Jordan Krestanovich scored two as Braehead Clan beat Coventry 5-2, but Blaze bounced back to beat Nottingham Panthers by the same score – Gerome Giudice scored two. Fife Flyers beat Hull 4-3 and Edinburgh Capitals 4-1, but lost 4-2 at Sheffield Steelers. Hull won 3-1 at Edinburgh, while in the Challenge Cup Nottingham beat Sheffield 3-2 – Bruce Graham scored two.
 
Basingstoke Bison still lead the EPL after picking up two more wins. Jaroslav Cesky scored two in their 3-1 win at Bracknell Bees and they followed up with a 5-3 success at home to Sheffield Steeldogs – Greg Chambers & Greg Owen both scored twice. Manchester Phoenix won 4-1 at MK Lightning – Michal Psurny (2) & James Archer (2) got the goals – and made it a four-point weekend with a 5-4 overtime win at home to Swindon Wildcats – Luke Boothroyd hit the winner.
 
Guildford Flames won 5-3 at Slough Jets – David Longstaff scored two – and followed up with a 6-3 in the return on home ice. Peterborough Phantoms won 4-3 after a shoot-out at Swindon – Tom Carlon got the winner – but blew a 4-0 lead at home to Bracknell to lose 5-4 – Marcel Petran and Lukas Smital both scored two for the Bees. Sheffield beat Telford 2-1 and the Tigers completed a miserable weekend with a 3-1 defeat at home to MK Lightning.
 
Solway Sharks beat Sheffield Spartans 4-1 to maintain their lead at the top of NIHL1 North – Adam Reynolds scored a couple. Billingham Stars stay second after a 4-1 win at Trafford Metros – James Moss scored two. Sutton Sting won 3-0 at Whitley Warriors, while Coventry Blaze beat Telford Titans 11-2 – Rikki Bryniarski, Adam Alfoldy & Philip Pollock all scored twice. Titans bounced back to win 2-1 at Blackburn Hawks.
 
Sheffield Senators moved up to third in NIHL2 North after a four-point weekend. They came from behind to beat Deeside Dragons 5-4 on home ice – Tom Humphries scored twice – and followed up with an 11-3 win at Hull Stingrays – Humphries and Nathan Britton both hit hat-tricks.
 
Wightlink Raiders moved back to the top of NIHL1 South after a three point weekend. Jiri Hanzal, Craig Tribe and Jeremy Cornish all scored twice as they beat Streatham Redskins 7-1, and Hanzal bagged another pair in their 3-3 draw at Bracknell Hornets. Julius Sinkovic scored four as Chelmsford Chieftains won 6-3 at Invicta Dynamos.
